Anxiety. Emotion that is fairly familliar to a lot of people of today. It's something that can't be explained. People who don't have anxiety are often mistaking anxiety with fear. Fear and anxiety are two different emotions. Everyone has experienced fear. It's something we all feel from time to time. While anxiety is something that sticks to you like a glue every single day. It makes you overthink over simple think, it makes you feel like you've been trapped inside your mind. Anxiety is when you're passing by some group of people and when you make eye contact with you, your mind starts thinking that they are talking about you even tho you're a completely stranger to them. Your mind just doesn't understand that because anxiety is taking over your mind. Anxiety makes you doubt in your friends and thinking they aren't actually your friends and that they think you're boring and stupid and that nobody wants to hang out with you. Please, if you know anyone that struggles with anxiety don't turn your back on him but try to help him. Try and talk to him, you maybe aren't a therapist but trying to help that person also may help him. You'll make a person feel a little better if they talk to you about what's going on in their minds.
