Dream Job

When I first started this blog, it was because I decided that I wanted to be a journalist. My love for writing began when I started writing fanfictions about my favorite boyband One Direction. I loved how I can express my feeling through writing and that's when my love began. I stopped writing for a while because I had to focus on my school. Whenever I had to write an essay in English class I was more than happy to do it, while everyone else always complained. Last year I started writing fanfictions again. My online friend asked me if I wanted to write a story with her. So when I started writing again about something that I actually loved, I remembered how much I loved it. When I told my mom about my dream to become a journalist she supported me and so did my best friends. I'm super insecure about everything so I was skeptical at first because I thought '' What if nobody likes my writings? '' but then I finally stopped doubting myself and did it. My mom's and my friends's opinions are one of the most opinions that I do care about. In a couple of years I'll be moving away to another country to actually study journalism and I'm so happy about it. Writing this blog is very important to me because I'm practicing my writing skills for when I (hopefully) become a journalist. What I wanted to say with all of this is to follow your passion. Don't let other people's opinions affect you. Just do what you want to do. Wanna be a chef? That's amazing I'm sure your cooking skills are great. Or maybe you wanna become a singer because you have an amazing voice. Even if you can't sing you can always take a few singing lessons. Just believe in yourself babe and never be too hard on yourself like I am on myself. Live your dream and become whatever you wanna do. I'm sure you'll rock it. All you gotta do is believe in yourself.
